In this case, our client did not have any R&D department and knowledge at its site and its network and wanted to upscale its employees’ skills in method development and validation.

Our solution to their problem

PSS® was able to implement a training plan for the customers’ employees while supporting on-site method development and validation. A team of 3 experienced persons was put in place to support the methods validation of two new medical devices.

The results

On-site training and support brought the missing knowledge to the customer site. The Eurofins PSS® team is delivering the development and validation projects while also upskilling the customer personnel. They will soon be able to meet the regulatory requirements without relying on any external laboratory. This will lead into time and money control and saving.
